What to Expect

Once you arrive you will work your way through a series of stations (all times are approximate).

Check-in (5-30 minutes)
Check-in your team and pick up your team packet. You will be assigned a check-in time to help reduce the wait here.

FREE Souvenir Team Photo (10 minutes)
Today is a historical day for your team! Gather together with your device and advisor(s) in a team photo. (One photo per team member. Please take this photo before you leave Parkside Hall.)

Judging Review Station (35-40 minutes)
The whole team will present The Tech Challenge project to a pair of judges that will review your project in the following categories:
Device Performance, Engineering Process, and Style and Presentation. If your project is only partially complete, teams are still encouraged to visit the judging station. Advisors are only observers for the judging process and will be asked to remain outside of a judging area.

Awards Ceremony (45 minutes)
Join us to award The Tech Challenge winners. Teams, advisors, parents, teachers, spectators and the general public are welcome. There is no charge for the ceremonies.
